Under this resolution, initial appointments were assigned two-year and three-year terms to create staggered expirations and ensure continuity of service. Term lengths will transition to standard terms as outlined in City policy and ordinance. Applications to serve on a City board or commission are open at all times. Completed applications are kept on file and reviewed approximately four months prior to the expiration of a current member’s term. All interested residents are encouraged to apply.
